Title of Photo: Celery Topped Islands, Bathurst Habour, Tasmania Your Name: Stephen Lambeth
Photo Story About Experience: Bathurst Habour is in the SW wilderness of Tasmania, which is only really accessible by small aircraft and then a boat. The water is almost back due to the tannins and within 60cm it is pitch black and mimics deep sea conditions, but due to the sheltered nature off the area it is full of marine life and thus protected and a scientific treasure trove. From a photographic perspective it is a fabulous place especially if the wind stays away… Then it makes for great reflections.

The most wonderful reflection photograph I’ve seen in forever. We can only hope that this protected place stays that way. What a thrill for a photographer to be there!
